The focus of Mardi and Chris’s wedding was their two families becoming one. They hosted their charming, backyard wedding and planned down to every detail. Which resulted in a gorgeous, soft pink, white and burlap event!
To build their excitement for ceremonies, I love when brides and grooms choose to have a First Look session.
In secret before the ceremony they can plan a meeting spot where the groom sees his bride all in white for the first time.
The groom’s reaction is always touching and priceless.
Prior to the wedding day, I met with Mardi at her home to discuss details.
I knew as she began describing her vision she would create a beautiful ceremony spot.
To symbolize their families becoming one, a bottle of sand represented each person. One by one, they added their sand to the family bottle.
Four generations!
What a sincere, kind and loving day! I am so honored to have witness this beautiful celebration!
