Taylor and Eric’s story is one of deep-rooted friendship. They met as kids. While their romance did not blossom right away, they eventually became inseparable. After dating 7 years, they were thrilled to tie the knot!

This sunflower and teal wedding is one for the books! One of the main reasons I say this is from how much heart-felt love went into this union day. This was evident when I discovered great grandmother’s accessories and a handmade ring box were being included with love. In addition, a beautiful cross-stitch by Eric’s grandmother was worn with pride on Taylor’s bridal gown.

Like so many of the weddings I photograph, I’ll be reliving the fun moments for a long time!

Let me tell you, I have fallen in love with their venue choice! Flagstaff Ranch Golf Course was nothing short of beautiful and luxurious. The ceremony was expected to be held on the golf course near the lake, but with clouds and rain glooming that morning, Flagstaff Ranch Golf Club quickly adapted. They arranged their covered event area with a view that looked over the course, lake and San Francisco Peaks. And to top off the beauty, Foster-Wright Floral Design made this day even more lovely with sunflowers.

The indoor reception was beyond fun! Every person who attended was shaking and grooving that night! And when you bring out glow sticks… well the energy was even more high and vibrant! But, there was a moment that made my eyes teary. Towards the end of the reception, DJ Curtis Whipple had the families and friends surround the couple to show Taylor and Eric how much love and support they have. Even now I feel goosebumps on my arms remembering the overwhelming amount of love and joy that was shared during this moment. I will never forget this.

Thank you Taylor and Eric! I loved your day! You both come from such wonderful families that make me a better person for meeting them. I can’t wait to see where your roads take you.
